Order Processing

• Local Pickup: Orders for local pickup will be ready within 24 hours after payment.
• Shipping: Available on two collections Acoustic Panels and WPC Fluted Slat Panels.
• Local Delivery: Local truck delivery in the Tri State Area price very by product type, quantity  and miles.
• Out of State PVC Marble Sheets and Other product delivery available thru freight platform https://www.uship.com/

• Regular Shipping Items : Typically 1-3 business days

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup at our main distribution center:

Local pickup orders will be available within 24 hours after payment. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation when collecting your items.

Tracking

We provide tracking for all shipped orders. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. To track your order, please visit our order tracking page on our website.

Residential & Non-Commercial Deliveries

For all non-commercial locations, we provide curbside delivery equipped with a lift gate. Please note that deliveries are strictly limited to the curb; our drivers will not move the shipment up or inside your driveway.

Shipping Responsibility

Additional charges may apply depending on LTL freight carrier timing and delivery conditions.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the delivery process becomes the responsibility of the shipping company. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to potential circumstances beyond our control.
