Return Eligibility
Our return policy allows returns within 10 days, subject to a 20% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Once your return is initiated, you have 10 days to send the products back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Be in the same condition as you received it
- Unworn or unused
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Items marked as final sale on our website
No Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@newgendepot.com.
Important Notes
- If an order is canceled after it has been placed, a 4% payment processing fee will be deducted from the total refund to cover non-refundable transaction charges.
- We only sell and ship within the United States.
- This refund policy applies only to items purchased directly from our website.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
